Here are some rules to take a note of if you wish to participate in our fun competitions/giveaways
1) No purchase is necessary to participate in any of our contests. We just want to have fun and give you an opportunity to win some great prizes! However any applicable taxes are on you.
2) If we have a Twitter or Facebook contest of the day, week, etc., or tell you we are going to pick our “fav” response to something, we get to pick the one we like. Period. Same applies when we say we are going to pick more than one, but we’ll do our best to be as specific as possible.
3) Random Contests.
If we offer something for the first number of “Tweets” or Facebook comments, we count based on when we received them. It’s not our fault if computers or ISPs mess up, lose power, the dog eats your “Tweet”, the dog eats our connection, the dog eats your computer, the dog eats you, etc. If we want, we can allow more time, or cut short the time for responses.
4) Same deal if we ask for votes.
We also reserve the right to exclude a participant from contention if we deem your username, profile information, or your “Tweets,” in general, are offensive or spam.
5) By playing, you give us permission to use your name and profile information to announce as a winner. If you want to know who won, visit the applicable site, but check quickly, as names won’t be posted for long (about 2 days).
6) What you send us becomes our property.
Should you be lucky enough to win one of these contests, we will need to get some info from you in order to get you the prize that you won. If you don’t give us enough info to contact you (like your email address), we will choose another winner.
7) Please don’t play if you are under 18-years-old.
Our employees, vendors and competitors can’t win (our) prizes. If we ask, you have to timely confirm your eligibility.
8) Void where prohibited!
This contest is only open in Europe. We are not able to ship prizes outside Europe.
